I meet with one of my stamp clubs this evening.  This is a great group of ladies who enjoy getting together to create, chat, and have a good time.  Friendships have formed and strengthened. We have been through joyful times and times of sorrow...weddings, births, and losses.  Through it all, we support one another and share a common bond...our love of rubber stamping and paper crafting.

This is my favorite part of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I have met many wonderful people by teaching others about such a giving craft. I know I probably overuse this word but it really is awesome and I am blessed because of it.

Does anyone else remember that girl in the Irish Spring Soap commercial that purred the line in my title?  I thought that was so silly but it's exactly what came to mind when I completed this card using I {Heart} Hearts and the Springtime Vintage Designer Paper from Stampin' Up!
A few stamped, punched, and cut-out hearts along with Soft Suede and Pear Pizzazz Ink make this a pefect masculine Valentine...but, I like it, too.

Try creating a Valentine in non-traditional colors...it's a fun diversion!

How about a clean and simple Valentine?  Here's the how-to:

1. Cut a piece of Whisper White card stock in half on the short side so that it measures 4 1/4" by 11".  Fold in half.
2. On a scrap piece of Whisper White, stamp the heart from the Filled with Love set in Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink and punch with the Full Heart Punch.
3. Stamp your sentiment on Whisper White in Basic Black Classic. I used the "you" definition from Define Your Life. Punch with the largest Oval Punch.
4. Adhere both stamped images to the card front, side by side, about midway between top and bottom of card.
5. Using your paper piercing grid from the Mat Pack, use a pencil to mark 5 spots beneath the oval, spacing evenly.
6. Using a strip from Basic Jewels Rhinestones, cut apart with your Paper Snips one at a time and adhere to card front.
7. Tie a piece of Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon around the top fold.  I cut my ribbon to about 17" and trimmed after tying a bow.
