Stampin' Ideas: Creative Thoughts for Inspiration

Stampin' Thoughts- ink and inspirations

“Life is all about timing...
the unreachable becomes reachable,
the unavailable become available,
the unattainable... attainable.
Have the patience,wait it out.

It's all about timing.”

Stacey Charter

Wouldn't this make an awesome quote to use on a scrapbook page?  I'm thinking a graduate's page, a tribute to a triumph over struggle, preserving the memory of finding love...

Try this idea on one of your Stampin' Up! pages!

Stampin' Up! Fun- Webster's Wonder

Webster advertisement courtesy of Wikipedia
Some Stampin' Up! fun today with this day in history...

On April 14, 1928, the first Webster's Dictionary was published.

Each year, a number of new words are added to the dictionary. For example, "webinar" was added in 2008.

As paper crafters, we have our own terms and words that may be unfamiliar to those "on the outside" but part of our every day vocabulary.  Here are a few:

DSP- Designer Series Paper
Layout- Placement of elements on a scrapbook page
Sketch- Design and placement of elements in card making
Window Sheets-  Clear sheets used to create embellishments and card bases in paper crafting
Stamp-A-Ma-Jig-This stamp positioner gives you the ability to place an image exactly where you want it, every time. Allows for fast and precise stamp placement.

Can you just imagine Mr. Webster's thoughts on that last one?!
