Stampin' Up! Masculine Card- For the Father of My Girls

NewsprintFathersDay
Nothing like creating a masculine card for the man of your dreams and your children's father.  Stampin' Up! makes it easy.  Love combining stuff from my stash with manly colors to convey a special thought.

Last Chance item, Newsprint Designer Paper, provides the backdrop and a top border accent.  An accordian fold Basic Black medallion with my full {heart} punch and a Teeny Tiny Wishes sentiment says it all. And, "so long" to the Very Vanilla 5/8" grosgrain that wraps it up.

Be sure to check the online store for these Last Chance products as they are only available while supplies last. Look for the discounts and grab a great deal!
Then, create a Stampin' Up! masculine card for a father you know!

Stampin' Up! Gift Idea- For the Bride to Give or Receive!

Stampin' Up! Gift Idea-Tile Coasters

This is such an easy bridal gift idea using the Stampin' Up! Medallion background stamp...I just had to share a little written tutorial with you!

I purchased a box of Tumbled Marble Tile from Lowe's, 4" x 4".  I washed the tiles by wiping with a wet towel and let these dry completely.

I applied Jet Black Stazon Ink to the Medallion and stamped on each tile.  Notice that there is just a partial image and each tile varies a bit with how I stamped.

I waited a few minutes and sprayed each tile with a matte Clear Acrylic Sealer.

All I need now are some felt pieces on the bottom as furniture protection and these are good to go!

If you need supplies for this Stampin' Up! gift idea, you can purchase the Medallion
and Jet Black Stazon Ink
in the Online Store.

Stampin' Up! Masculine Card- Define Your Life

Stampin Up define your life
Another Stampin' Up! masculine card today using my retiring favorite...Define Your Life.  This has been my "go to" set for the past several years especially for cards for guys! <sigh>  You may be seeing more of this gem until June 30th when it will no longer be available.  I just love it!

On this card are also two more retiring favorites of mine.  Has anyone else been hoarding their Hodgepodge Hardware? Goodness...break that baby open and use those fine pieces. Here I've used it to accentuate "happy" in the definition. The designer paper strip is from the retiring, get-it-while-it-lasts Newsprint Designer Paper. Extreme Elements adds another stamped element to the card.  This one's going in the mail today!
