Hearts A Flutter in the new Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog is a wonderful set and framelits combo for Valentine's Day but also for any occasion when you want to express heart-felt sentiments.
Here you can see the small chevron heart and the banner piece, both cut from with the coordinating framelits. The Real Red Full Heart serves as an anchor and contrast to the striped In Color Designer Prints 2 1/2" circle.
The base is stamped with the En Francais background in Primrose Petals for a tone on tone effect. The Small Oval Thank You is from the Perfectly Preserved set carried over from the Holiday Catalog.
