DIY Card making is a fun way to express your creative side and share a bit of happiness and love with others. Try this idea using the Stampin' Up! Happy Watercolor set (wood, clear). Making two of the same style at once is a time saver! One to send now and one for later!

- The card bases were made from a left over piece of another project measuring at 5 x 7 each and scored in the middle at 3 1/2.
- Happy Watercolor DSP provided the back drop...2 strips cut at 5 x 1 1/2.
- The bottom strip was stamped and embossed with the floral stem from the Happy Watercolor set.
- A cut piece of Tea Lace Doilies was adhered at the "seam" of the two dsp pieces to add as a backdrop for the main image.
- Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon creates the border along the "seam".
- The large bloom from Happy Watercolor set was stamped and embossed on Watercolor paper, colored with ink and an Aqua Painter then punched with a 1 3/4 Circle Punch.
- A complimentary piece of the DSP was punched with the Decorative Label punch.
- Both punched pieces were sponged around the edges with a coordinating ink color and mounted on the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- The "hi" sentiment is from the Sale-A-Bration set "Banner Blast" and punched with the Sale-A-Bration Banner punch.
