The Starburst Sayings Bundle (wood, clear) from Stampin' Up! is a great set for handmade cards AND scrapbooking!
I have to admit that when I first saw the set in the Occasions Catalog, it didn't jump out at me..AT ALL! Then, I went to Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference and saw all the wonderful samples and I fell in love with it!
It's a lot of fun to layer the different sizes of starbursts in an abstract way. That technique is sure to give your cards and scrapbook pages a distinct look. Use dimensional adhesive to give a "pop" and 3D look.
