This week's Makeover Monday is a gift idea for your 2014 Christmas season! This would even be a wonderful hostess gift if you're visiting friends or family for Thanksgiving.
The bundle consists of four notecards and coordinating envelopes. A simple belly band embellished with die cuts from the Flower Frenzy Bigz Die tops it off and makes a pretty presentation.

The Banner Blessings set from Stampin' Up! is worthy of another shout out this week on the ink and inspirations blog. The samples here are by the stamp designer herself, Holly Stene. Isn't it awesome? This set is on my next order for sure!
This set is perfect for creating a stack of cards to have on hand to send to anyone. We are all called to share the light and the beautiful scriptures in this set will be sure to mean so much to anyone. I can think of several who would love to receive a card like this, can't you?
Here's another image used on a tag for this precious Chevron Gift Bag. Super cute and so endearing. Love it.

Wow...I had every intention of posting a pretty project today but it's just not going to happen. Lot's of "detours', a few aches and pains of this 50- something year old, and a surprise "honey, you want to go out to dinner call?" ...( Love that man!)... contributed to a "no project to post" day.
What I do have is a picture of my messy but productive-looking desk after a day of recording project tutorials for a special online class. It's typical of what my desk looks like most of the time. That's not true...it's usually much worse. ;)
While it's a place of hard work, it's also a place of comfort...a place where I do what I love to do.
But for now, I'm in my recliner with a Hallmark movie on the screen, loving life, and feeling blessed.
See you again soon with another pretty paper crafting project from my messy desk.
