Stampin' Up! Sheltering Tree Card Idea and Video Tutorial

Stampin-up-sheltering-tree-emboss-resistToday's Stampin' Up! Sheltering Tree card and video tutorial features a handmade card that I revealed as a sneak peek of the Occasions Catalog over a month ago.

At that time, there was a request made for a video to demonstrate the how-to for this technique. Emboss resist is one of my favorites but the real magic here is from the combination of ink colors for the background.

View the video tutorial below or HERE over on my You Tube channel.

Hi Lisa,
I like this video verry much,it's a beautiful card you make.
I saw it on youtube when I searched for cards with "Sheltering Tree".
Thank you for sharing it.

Hi Carole,
The blues are Coastal Cabana and Island Indigo.

What color card stock did you use other than Whisper White? I assume you used Early Espresso but what were the two blues you used?
