Makeover Monday (on Tuesday!)- Christmas 2015 Festival of Trees Card Idea

Stampin-up-christmas-2015-festival-of-trees-makeoverAs I mentioned in THIS POST earlier today, this week's Makeover Monday and 2015 Christmas Card with Festival of Trees is late!  But, for  good reason!

We had family in from out of town, celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and my 4oth Class Reunion!  It was a great weekend and I took the time off from everything else!  But today, I'm ready to get back to work and share an easy Christmas card idea with you.

The Christmas designer series paper collection in the annual catalog is a dream. Love the plaids, dots, and stripes in this Merry Moments (138450) collection!

The video tutorial below is from the past and was the inspiration for today's card. It's a bit of raw footage of a work in progress. It's a little longer and slower paced than most of my videos, but it's pretty much what you might see in a live feed.
Watch below or tune in to my You Tube channel HERE.

To shop, simply click the links above and your order will be delivered to your door!

inklings:

  • A 3" x 5 1/2" strip was adhered to center front with a 1" x 5 1/2" strip of a coordinating print across the center.
  • The Burlap Ribbon is frayed on one end and attached to the card with Fast Fuse.
  • Rhinestones are colored with a dark green alcohol marker.
  • Sentiment is stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink (126966).

Stampin-up-video-tutorial-makeover-7-21-15Thank you for joining me for today's video tutorial makeover using Festival of Trees for this Stampin' Up! 2015 Christmas card idea.
