Today I'm sharing photos from our daughter's baby shower last weekend which include some decor and shower favors created with the help of Stampin' Up! supplies!
Here's a "rough" photo of the outside of the shower invitations created with the Something for Baby Bundle (wood-136790,clear-136791), the Elegant Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder(138287) along with the nursery theme colors: Blushing Bride, Smoky Slate, and Metallic Gold. The shower information insert was created by a local digital designer. I printed four to a page from my home computer and secured inside the card with Tombow Liquid Glue.
Here's the sign in table with favors, photos, and a precious diaper cake made by my sister-in-law, Cathy. My daughter wanted 12 x 12 pages for the guests to sign so she chose a dotted print from the 12 x 12 Subtles stack in Blushing Bride and a layered a piece of 12 x 12 vellum over top for guests to sign. I ordered the 12 x 12 vellum from Amazon as well as Vellum pens to eliminate smearing.
These pages will fit nicely in our 12 x 12 page protectors (135296) and slip into her Project Life by Stampin' Up! Striped album (138441) among her other pages that will be completed using the Hello Baby Girl Card Collection (138504) and Hello Baby Accessory Pack (138458).
Here's the banner with the baby's name that was accented with two torn fabric strip banners as the backing.
Super cute clothesline with baby clothes including some with monograms and the baby's name from sis -in-law, Cathy.
A few guest tables backed some rows of chairs for seating. Niece, Cari, was the shower stylist. Each table held a simple floral arrangement with hand painted framed scripture verses that she presented as gifts to the mom to be.
Beautiful tiered cake by Debbie's Delights along with Almond Punch, cookies, fresh fruit, and sandwiches provided refreshment for the guests.
Precious cookies baked and decorated by Heather Abshire, friend and former Stamp Club member. Notice the hand painted gold detail on the carriages!
These favor boxes contained a Yankee Candle tealight wrapped in one of our 4 x 6 cellophane bags (102757). Also used were Stampin' Up! Tiny Treat Boxes (135829), Bow Builder Punch (137414), Large Oval Punch (119855), Decorative Label Punch(120907), and the Washi Label Punch (138296). The verse was found on Etsy.
Now for proud momma moments! Here are our two girls...the mommy to be and the best big sister ever!
So blessed with these two as daughters!
Her mother- in-law made all the bedding for the nursery! Isn't this quilt beautiful!?
