Today's Makeover Monday project is a birthday card made with the Stampin' Up! Number of Years stamp set and the English Garden Designer Series Paper.

I decided to venture out with a color that hasn't see the light of day in a while which is this beautiful Night of Navy.  Taking the cue from the colors in the designer paper really helped this card come together well.
