Stampin-up-thoughtful-branches-card-ideaThis card making makeover is more like an overhaul but you'll see how the original version in the video tutorial inspired this newbie using the Thoughtful Branches Stamp set from Stampin' Up!

The Thoughtful Branches stamp set and coordinating thinlits to make the bundle at 10% off does not disappoint.  From the fonts to the intricate dies, you will want to use this set over and over again.  Don't put it off!  It's only available until August 31, 2016.

Let's take a look at the card that was the inspiration for this creation in this video from the past.

Lisa Inklings:

  • The makeover card was created in the standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 size.
  • Instead of a textured piece of card stock for the back layer, a texture look designer paper was used.
  • The punched piece is "replaced" by metallic twine and an enamel shape.
