Christmas is almost here so today's tip is an easy project that you can create as a gift with supplies from your crafting stash and maybe a little something from your kitchen!

Need a gift for a neighbor?  Sit back, relax, and watch this video to see the easy process. 

Lisa's Inklings:

• Study your glass to determine what width you would like your strips to be.
• For this one, the strips measure 2 1/2 x 12 and 1 1/2 x 12.
• The excess was trimmed after wrapping the paper around the glass.
• Here, die cuts and ribbon were used for embellishing, but you can easily use a stamped image or punched pieces.

Today's Makeover Monday is a sweet card to welcome in the New Year. 

The Frosted Medallions set from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog has beautiful images and sentiments.  Sweet Sugarplum is an In Color that I haven't used much but here it's beautiful with that sparkly ribbon.

Here's the video that inspired this card.  There's a noticeable difference in how the sentiment is displayed but the overall layout of the card is the same.

Just finished some Christmas crafting and chatting on Facebook LIVE in my Ink and Inspirations Stampers Group!  It's been a while and it's always so much fun to share a little crafting time with friends.

The first project was this Christmas cone to use with this antique bed spring.  I plan to fill it with mints to use in my stamp room.  It all started with a 8" square piece of the Presents and Pinecones Designer Series Paper.

These next two are smaller cones created with a 4" square piece of designer paper.  They make cute ornaments with a sweet treat tucked inside.

Today's Stampin' Up! project is an easy Christmas idea that you can give as  a gift to a friend or neighbor.  Fill this Clear Tiny Treat box with a small gift or some treats...Hershey Kisses would be perfect here.  Isn't this sentiment so cute?  It was fun making the mistletoe with the Pretty Pines Thinlits.

You can make several of these to keep on hand during the holiday season.  These would even be cute to carry in your bag to hand to cashiers, crossing guards, bus drivers...you get the idea.  Spread love and joy this season!
