Make A Birthday Card for Your Best Guy

Best-guy-birthday-card-1Making birthday cards for guys can be challenging.  Today's card making project came together easily with the help of the Suite Sentiments stamp set and Urban Underground Specialty Designer Paper from Stampin' Up!.

The geometric patterns in this paper collection are unique and eye catching and what special guy wouldn't love to be called the Best. Guy. Ever? ...My guy surely did.

Lisa's Inklings:

  • Base is cut at 4 1/4" x 11".  Use same color to cut the 1 3/4" x 2 1/4" layering piece.
  • Cut Very Vanilla piece for stamping at 1 1 /2" x 2" and another piece for the inside at 3" x 4 1/4".
  • Designer paper pieces are cut at 5 1/4" x 4" for card base layer, 2 pieces cut at 1 1/2" x 4" for layering under stamped piece, and 3/4" x 4" for inside of card.
