Makeover Monday Video Tutorial- Birthday Note Card

7-17-birthday-notecard-video-1Welcome to this week's Makeover Monday project with a sweet birthday note card made with the beautiful Eastern Beauty Bundle from Stampin' Up!

If you're looking for a way to make a card and shorten the steps, try keeping a supply of our Note Cards with Envelopes on hand!  You'll have your card base ready to go and a smaller card front area to adorn with your stamped images, designer papers, and embellishments! Get them in both Very Vanilla and Whisper White!  You'll get 20 cards and envelopes in each pack for only $6.00!  That's amazing!

  • Experiment with layering different patters.  If it's pleasing to your eye, go for it!  The photo above shows my final combo that I decided to use.  The first two made my brain say "whaaaat??" Wish I would have taken those pics! ;)
  • The Fresh Fig piece is cut 3 1/4" x 4 3/4".
  • The Tranquil Tide pattern is cut  3" x 4 1/2".
  • The Gold Foil patterned piece is cut 2" x 4 1/4".

Try using the Note Cards to create a stack of birthday cards to have on hand and I'll see you tomorrow with another tip!
