Easy-valentine-candy-treat-a

It's two days to Valentine's Day so here's an easy candy treat made with the Sure Do Love You Bundle.  If you can find some boxed candy treats, these will go together in a jiffy.

The project in the original video has the same wrap idea with a belly band.  See the how-to in the video tutorial below.

You can CLICK HERE to see this Valentine candy wrap video tutorial on You Tube.

Here's another option below.  You can embellish these however you like!

Easy-valentine-candy-treat-bLisa's Inklings:

  • Measure the height of your candy box then make sure you cut it long enough to wrap around and overlap.

One More Card

Last-card

On this Monday evening, I had to share this one last card that I made for my mom.  If you follow me on social media, you know that my sweet Mom passed away, unexpectedly, a week ago Sunday.  She and my dad had been living with us since the flood waters of Harvey destroyed the interior of their home.  They were a few weeks away from being able to return home.  This displacement was hard on both of them.  We find comfort in knowing she did not suffer but we miss her so much.  Thank you to all of you who have sent beautiful cards expressing words of comfort and peace.

I know she would love this card. She was always so supportive of everything we did.

I am easing myself back into creating and work. She would want me to jump back in full force and share with you my "beautiful cards".

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.  See you in tomorrow's post. ---Lisa
