Memorial Day and Fourth of July are just around the corner so I thought I'd share this simple patriotic banner that I made for our porch with some of the my Stampin' Up! supplies in my stash.
Let's take a look at the video tutorial with the how-to to put it together.

- You'll need approx. 3" x 4" piece of Real Red Cardstock for die cutting.
- Cut three Pacific Point pieces at 3" x 4 1/4".
- For die cutting scalloped circles, you'll need approx 4" x 8 1/2" strip.
