Stampin' Up! Card with Rooted in Nature

Today's Stampin' Up! card idea features the beautiful Rooted in Nature stamp set and coordinating Nature's Roots Framelits. This card was featured in one of my emails last month.
The Nature’s Poem Suite has beautiful images and colors that are suitable for anyone and any occasion. Here’s one with an uplifting message to send to someone “just because”.

Mint Macaron (147106)
Tranquil Tide (144085)
Paper (including cutting dimensions):
Mint Macaron Cardstock (138337) 4” x 1/4” x 11” and 3 1/4” x 4 1/4”.
Whisper White Cardstock (100730) 4” x 5” for stamping and die cutting and 2” x 2” for stamping and fussy cutting

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Score large piece of Mint Macaron at 5 1/2”, fold in half, and burnish with Bone Folder.
2. Glue largest piece of DSP on front of card base then glue the smaller Mint Macaron piece at an angle as shown.
3. Place 4” x 5” of Whisper White on Stamparatus and hold in place with one of the magnets. Position large tree stamp in center of the cardstock, rubber side down. Pick up the stamp with one of the hinged plates.
4. Apply Mint Macaron ink to stamp. Press down the plate with stamp and press on top of the plate to transfer to cardstock.
5. Leave stamp in place and clean off Mint Macaron Ink with wet Simply Shammy.
6. Use Sponge Dauber to apply Tranquil Tide ink to tree. How much is up to you but you want some of the Mint Macaron ink showing through.
7. Adhere tree with Dimensionals to the smaller piece of DSP. Leave room on the bottom for twine and sentiment.
8. Choose two colors of twine to complement your card. Wrap around this piece of designer paper and tie with a bow.
9. Attach one of the Leaves Trinkets with a Glue Dot just beneath the knot of the bow.
10. Stamp sentiment in Tranquil Tide on the small piece of Whisper White cardstock, cut out each phrase, and glue to lower right corner as shown.
11. Attach this piece with the main image and sentiment to the card front with Dimensionals as shown.
12. Finish the inside of your card as desired.
