Welcome to the first in the series of Christmas cards 2018 here on Ink and Inspirations. Many of you have said that you begin your holiday cards early so get ready for some card samples that may give you some ideas and inspire you to get started.  Today's sample features the Rooted in Nature stamp set which is a versatile collection that is great for any season!

Love that Stampin' Up! has included a beautiful collection of a Christmas themed designer paper in the annual catalog, too.  And, as luck would have it, you can take advantage of a Designer Series Paper special this month!   Read all about it HERE!

Lisa's Inklings:

  • Card base is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2".
  • You'll need a scrap of Whisper White card stock to stamp and die cut on evergreen tree for each card.
  • Main image area in Whisper White is cut 2" x 4" backed by Night of Navy cut 2 1/4" x 4 1/4".
  • Under the Mistletoe DSP is cut 4" x 5 1/4".

I like the card especially since you used Night of Navy. I have plenty of that paper. I like using navy and silver for my cards.
