The Week 5 Halloween project is an easy treat pouch that I have made many times for different occasions.  Its simple c0nstruction makes it a favorite for reproducing many treats!

Lisa's Inklings:

• Cut designer paper to 4" x 6".
• Score with 4" side at the top at 1/2".
• Turn and put the 6" side at top and score at 1 1/2" and 4 1/4".
