Make A Little Basket for a Halloween Gift

Hw-candle-basketOh my goodness....when I saw this adorable candle at Bath & Body Works, I knew just the packaging to make for a cute Halloween gift.  This particular style is called a berry basket.  It has open sides and is connected at each top corner with ribbon or twine.  It's tiny but just the right size for this little candle.

Let's take a look at today's video tutorial.

Lisa's Inklings:

  • Cut Pumpkin Pie cardstock to 6 1/2" x 6 1/2".  Score at 2" along each side.
  • Cut designer paper to 2 1/4" wide x 1 3/4" tall.  You will need 4 pieces.
  • You'll  need enough of Basic Black cardstock to a 2" circle punch and approximately 3" x 11" to cut thin strips for filler.
  • You'll need enough Whisper White cardstock to punch a 1 3/4" circle.

Product List

It's so much fun making gift packaging for little gifts like this one for Halloween and I hope you give it a try!
