Today's 2019 Valentine project is a "hoppy" treat bag with a sweet chocolate treat!

I was so excited to find this guy on the candy shelves while grocery shopping and knew we had to make a treat using the FREE Sale-A-Bration set, So Hoppy Together!

Lisa's Inklings:

• All My Love DSP is cut 3 1/4" x 2".
• You'll need a scrap piece of Whisper White (approx. 4" x 4") for stamping and punching.
• Granny Apple Green cardstock- Approx 4" x 4" for punching.
• To punch the Cookie Cutter Builder heart, you'll need a small scrap or piece of Lovely Lipstick.
• If you're giving this treat to a small child, use adhesive to close the top of the bag rather than stapling it.
• These gusseted bags are food safe so you're good to go using these for food, treats, or snacks.

A few days ago, I performed stamp surgery on one of my new Sale-A-Bration stamps, So Hoppy Together.

I knew that I would get more use out of this little frog stamp without the unicycle so I took an Exacto knife and cut it off! And, if I decide that the unicycle works well with my project, I can still piece it together and use it that way.

Here's the card that I made with my "new" stamp!

Instructions:

• Cut Pool Party card base to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2".
• Cut another later of Pool Party to 4" x 5 1/4".  Use the Ruffled Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to add some "waves".
• Cut Whisper White to 2" x 5 1/4".
• Stamp frogs across so that he's turning flips! Use Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp.
• Color frogs with Blends.  Outlined with Pool Party Light to give a shadow/grounding effect.
• Cut two strips (3/4" x 5 1/4") of the Brights Designer Series Paper Stack in Granny Apple Green and adhere behind the top and bottom Whisper White strip as shown.
• Adhere to textured Pool Party piece.
• Tie ribbon below the main image.
• Adhere this entire piece with stamped image and ribbon to the card front.

• The card base is cut 4 1/4" x 11" in Crumb Cake.
• All My Love Designer Series Paper is cut 4" x 5 1/4".
• Foil Sheet is cut 2" x  5 1/4".
• You'll need a small piece of Whisper White  (approx. 3" x 3") for stamping and die cutting.
• You will need another piece of Crumb Cake about 3" x 4" for stamping and cutting sentiment and die cutting heart.
• Tip: Use a Blender Pen to fill in some of the roses on the inside of the card.

• Today's project is a cute little treat bag for your 2019 Valentine treats!  That sweet little otter is one of the characters from the adorable new set in the Stampin' Up! Occasion Catalog, Hey Love. 

The sentiments are different but so appropriate to go with the images.  I think these are great for friends, kids, or for fun family Valentine cards.  These are also really fun and easy to color with our Stampin' Blends alcohol markers.

On my Facebook Live last week, we made this pretty fun fold handmade card with the Incredible Like You stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog.

Here is a remake and cardmaking video tutorial.  Same card, different color scheme.  Even though I continually refer to this beautiful color blue as Balmy "Breeze" throughout the video, I doubt that I ever do it again! It's Balmy BLUE!

Today, I have a quick post with a tip for using our Stampin' Blends alcohol markers.  While there are many of Stampin' Up! colors from which to choose, did you know you can stretch your markers even more to create more shades?
