Cardmaking Tip: Framing A Sentiment

Framing-a-sentiment-bird-balladToday's post is the "conclusion" from yesterday's video with this sweet card using the Free As A Bird Bundle from Stampin' Up!

On this card, the focal point is the sentiment but notice how the die cut flowers gently frame it out.  It's a simple addition that adds a special touch.

Let's take a look at the video for this cardmaking project.

Lisa's Inklings:

  • Pool Party card base is cut 4-1/4" x 11".  You can get the same look with a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" base.
  • Designer paper (cages pattern) 4" x 5 1/4".
  • Whisper White 4" x 5" for stamping, die cutting and fussy cutting.

Here are the supplies needed for today's project.  Just click the links for more information or to shop.  If you are looking for a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would be honored to serve you!
