• See A Silhouette Designer Series Paper [149443] is cut 2" x 9".  Score it a 4" for the front and 1/2" down each long side.
• You'll need about a 3" x 4" piece of Granny Apple Green 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [146990] for die cutting the leaf.
• Cut a 3" x 3" piece of Gorgeous Grape 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [146987] for stamping and die-cutting the worm.
• Cut a 1/2" of Whisper White 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [100730] for the sentiment and trim to the desired length.
