It's time for Week 4 of the 12 Weeks of Halloween Projects here on Ink and Inspirations and have we got a cute little package this week!

Lisa's Inklings:

• Cut Monster Bash Designer Series Paper [150447] to 7-3/4" x 10". 
• Score with the 7 3/4" side up at 3/4".  This will be the bag bottom.
• Turn and place the 10" side at the top and score at 2-3/8" an 7-1/8".
• Cut Basic Black 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [121045] for the tag to 2" x 4".
• You'll need scrap pieces of Pumpkin Pie 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [105117] and Whisper White 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [100730] for stamping and punching.
