Watercoloring with Stampin' Up! Beautiful Moments

Lisa's Inklings:

The card base is Very Vanilla 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [101650] cut 5-1/2" x 8-1/2". The Blueberry Bushel 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [146968] layer is cut 4" x 5-1/4" and textured with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder [151775]. The Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper [149612] is die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies [151690] largest scalloped rectangle die.

The image from the Beautiful Moments Cling Stamp Set [151677] is stamped with the Jet Black Stāzon Ink Pad [101406] and watercolored with Aqua Painters [103954]. The sentiment is stamped with a Versamark Pad [102283] and embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder [109132] and the Heat Tool [129053].
