Stampin' Up! Birthday Card with Bonanza Buddies

The Bonanza Buddies Bundle [153815] is another product that is on the Last Chance List from Stampin' Up! It is a precious combo for birthdays and there is also a coordinating DSP, the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper [151313].

The combinations of the bright colors, Mango Melody 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [146989] and Bermuda Bay 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [131197], with a pop of Basic Black 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [121045] make this card as fun to make as it is to give!

Let's take a look at today's video tutorial...

Lisa's Inklings:

Mango Melody Cardstock [146989] is cut 4-1/4" x 1" and scored at 5-1/2".
Whisper White Cardstock [100730] - You will need about 3 x 4-1/2" to die cut the tag and some scrap for the sentiment.
Cut two strips of Bermuda Bay Cardstock [131197] at 1/2" x 5-1/2".
You will need a 2" x 5" of Basic Black Cardstock [121045] to die cut the little banner piece.
Cut the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper [151313] at 2" x 5-1/2".

One of My All Time Stampin' Up! Favorites and a Fancy Fold Card!

One of my all time favorite stamp sets and coordinating dies is on the 2020 Stampin’ Up! Last Chance List.

The Hold On To Hope Cling-Mount Stamp Set [151243] and Cross Of Hope Dies [145654] are two of the most used items in my craft room. These are use quite a bit for our church card ministry. Versatile and beautiful...there are many possibilities with this special combo.

Here are the details for this card:

Card base is 4-1/4 x 11 and scored ant 2-3/4 and 5-1/2.
The strip for the double z is cut 2-3/4 x 10 and scored at 4-3/4 and 7-1/2.
Whisper White pieces are cut 2-1/2 x 2-1/4 and 4 x 5-1/4. If you want the rectangle for the verse, you can die cut a piece that is 2 x 3 or just use a 2 x 3 piece of card stock.
The designer paper is cut pieces are cut at 2-1/2 x 4 and 2-1/2 x 4-1/2.

Copper Foil Sheets [142020] CUT AT 3-3/4 X 5.

CASE in Point: Stampin' Up! Botanical Prints Video Tutorial

Today's cardmaking project is a CASE using the Botanical Prints Medley from the Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog.

CASE is the acronym for Copy And Share Everything. Our catalogs provide beautiful samples and what a great place to look for inspiration!

This product medley is a group if coordinating products that you purchase all together. How simple is that?!

The Botanical Prints product medley includes this exclusive products:

Botanical Prints Cling Stamp Set—6 stamps; suggested clear blocks: c, d
* 48 sheets of 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper: 8 each of 6 double-sided designs

Black and white print is cut 2-1/4" x 4-1/2".
Striped strip is cut 1/2" x 4".
You will need some Old Olive Cardstock [100702] to die cut the leaves.

Today's cardmaking project and video tutorial is a thank you card made with the Parisian Beauty Bundle (English) [153778] from Stampin' Up!

The script on the Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper [151192] provides and simple yet elegant background for the Eiffel Tower image stamped directly overtop in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad [132708].

Basic Black 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [121045] card base is cut 4-1/4 x 11 and scored in half at 5-1/2.
The Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper [151192] is cut 4 x 5-1/4.
You will need two pieces of the ribbon Petal Pink 1/4" Metallic-Edge Ribbon [151194]. One piece cut at 7" and the other cut at 3".

Make a Gratitude/Blessings Journal

The gratitude/blessings journal was inspired from the need to recognize the blessings of my family during this time of social distancing. In spite of that we see and hear that can be overwhelming, I believe there is so much for which to be grateful.

I choose to record memories and experiences that have been blessings. This journal was created with the need to have a place to record the "good" in the midst of this time of uncertainty.

The video below is a recording a Facebook LIVE broadcast from Saturday, April 11, 2020. It is lengthy but it is my hope that it will inspire you to make a journal of your own.

General instructions:

Cut designer paper for cover 6" x 10".
Score long side at 1/2", 1-1/2", and 6".
Cut pages for inside to 8" x 5-1/2".
