Designer Paper: Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper [153512]

Measurements:
Card Base: Balmy Blue cut at 5-1/2 x 8-1/2. Score on long side at 1-1/2 and 5-1/2.
Cardstock #2: Whisper White cut at 4 X 4 for stamping and die cutting and a scrap to punch the sentiment
Cardstock #3: Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper 4 x 4 for die cutting and a 1/4 x 5-1/2 strip
Designer Paper: 3 x 5-1/2 and 1-1/2 x 5-1/2 in a different but coordinating print.
Ribbon: Approx. 24” long

Instructions:
Score the base at 1-1/2 and 5-1/2.
Turn up the 1-1/2 score and adhere each side with Tear & Tape.
Adhere smaller piece of DSP to this pocket and adhere the small strip of glimmer paper over top of the DSP about 1/8 inch down from top of pocket.
Fold down the 5-1/2 score and burnish with Bone Folder. Adhere the remaining piece of DSP over this area.
Stamp image on Whisper White in Memento Black ink. Color with blends as desired. The white sections of the bunny were “painted” with the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush. The entire image was outlined with Pool Party Light.
Die cut the colored image and the glimmer paper with circle and scalloped circle die. Adhere image to scalloped circle with Liquid Glue.
Color the ribbon by using the side of the brush tip of the Dark Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends. Color both sides of ribbon.
Tie ribbon around card front as shown. Secure the ribbon with a Glue Dot under the bow.
Glue the image and scalloped circle to card front over the ribbon where it extends a bit below the lower edge
Stamp the sentiment in Pacific Point on a piece of Whisper White.
Punch with Classic Label Punch and adhere as shown.
Use Blue Adhesive Backed Gems on sentiment as shown.

Today's project is a Christmas card with a pretty watercolor technique using the awesome Snowflake Wishes Bundle (English) [155172] from Stampin' Up!

This suite of products quickly became one of my favorites once it was out of the package and on my craft desk! One of my Canadian demo sisters, JoAnne Rogers, shared this beautiful card idea and I could not wait to try it!

For this week's Facebook Live, my husband, Jackie, and I teamed up for another "kit together" for some beautiful DIY Christmas Gift Tags. 

This kit from the Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog is called appropriately, Tag Buffet.  There is a coordinating stamp set sold separately but honestly, you can create these tags and use on your Christmas gifts without the stamped sentiments.

Originally, I had asked Jackie to just punch out the tags and images and sort them for me.  When he asked if I wanted him to put them together, of course, I wasn't going to turn him down.  Here's the video from the Wednesday Craft & Chat on Facebook.
