Gift Giving Idea for Mother's Day

Mothers-day-birthday-giftIf you are a card maker and looking for an idea for a Mother's Day gift or a gift for a friend, here's the answer!

This week's premiere video project is this pretty folder for holding handmade cards.  This project features one of our new bundles and collections of designer series papers, Timeless Arrangements Bundle (English) [161526] and Countryside Inn 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper [161467]

Lisa's Inklings:

For the folder, cut card stock to 6 1/4 x 10 3/4. Score at 4 3/4 and 6.
For the inner box to hold the cards, cut card stock 5 x 8 3/8.
Score at 2" on all 4 sides.  Cut and assemble as shown in the video.
For cover layers, cut 2 pieces of card stock 6 x 4  1/2.
Die cut the heart from a scrap piece of card stock.
Designer paper: 1 x 12 for the box border and 2 pieces of 5 7/8 x 4 3/8 for the front and back layers.
