Today's project is a gift card holder created primarily with Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper.  This is a festive way to use your paper in your stash to create for the Christmas season of giving.

It's so simple to make a pocket for a gift card with an easy 1" fold of designer paper.  Below are the basic measurements so that you can create these this holiday season.

• Cut the designer paper to 4 1/4" x 12". Score at 1" and 6 1/2".
• You will need a piece of card stock that coordinates with the designer paper and cut 1" x 4 1/4". This strip will be adhered to on the left edge of the designer paper and will be part of the pocket.
• The inner pieces of card stock are to write your message and are cut 3" x 4" in Basic White and 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" in the same color as the coordinating card stock strip.
• If you'd like a closure for your card, glue a long piece of ribbon around to tie on the right closure. The main image on the front should be glued over the ribbon to secure it.
