If you plan to create handmade treat packaging for Halloween 2024, it's not too early to start!
Stampin' Up! has released some fantastic new Online Exclusives with Halloween themes, and we're thrilled to feature one of these in our project today: the Playful Ghosts Cling Stamp Set (English) [164366].

. This charming set includes adorable ghost images and coordinating elements that are perfect for crafting treat bags, gift tags, and more.

In today’s project, we’re using the Playful Ghosts set to create a spook-tacular and easy treat wrap for a Tootsie Roll Pop. Here are the steps to assemble your own:

  1.  Start by stamping the ghost image from the Playful Ghosts set onto white cardstock. Color with alcohol markers. Use a tag die to cut it out.  On the project, the die is from the  Greetings Of The Season Dies [164112].
  2. Stamp sentiment on colored card stock. Cut out withPaper Snips [103579]and glue to tag.
  3.  Choose a patterned paper with the color scheme that you'd like to use. Cut it to 3" wide by 6" tall. Score at 1/2" from each long side.
  4. Fold paper in half at 3".  Use adhesive to secure front to back within the 1/2" scores.
  5. Insert Tootsie Roll Pop and secure closure near stick with Mini Glue Dots [103683].
  6.  Tie a ribbon around the Pop stick and secure tag to ribbon with Linen Thread [104199].
  7. Embellish as desired.
