Today's project features a fun fold idea with Gnome for the Holidays for this 2020 Stampin' Up! Christmas Card.
The video tutorial is a recording from yesterday's Facebook Live, Craft and Chat on Ink and Inspirations with Lisa Brown. As usual, it IS a little chatty but we have fun and made a really cute Christmas card.
Gnome for the Holidays is a precious stamp set. You can see how the conversion of one to a Halloween gnome HERE.
Here's the recording of the LIVE broadcast. Have a look then read on for some details that will be helpful to you!
Base is cut 10-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score at 3-1/2 and 7. Score folds as seen on video (1-7/8").
Strip for belly band is cut 1 x 11.
DSP - 2 pieces cut at 5-1/8 x 3-1/4. Cut corners diagonally at 1-7/8" on inner side of each piece as seen in video. Cut off 1/2" of each flat end of diagonal piece.
Whisper White is cut at 5-1/8 x 3-1/4. Cut diagonally at top and bottom as seen in video; again measuring to 1-7/8".
This fun and fancy fold is called a miura fold...origami. The back and forth folding helps with the overall completed look but it confuses me at times as you saw in the video! ;)
Also in the video, the sentiment had to be "re-worked" but this is the version I prefer. Next go around, it might be good for me to try stamping the sentiment first.
The colors in this designer series paper are beautiful. Don't you love the Highland Heather mixed with those Stampin' Up! blues?
You know you'd love to try this fun fold! Here is a listing of supplies so you can re-create this one.

It's time for the fourth in a series of 2019 Stampin' Up! Christmas card ideas from Ink and Inspirations! Today, we have a fun card featuring a very popular icon in decor these days, the little red truck.
It's such a fun card, don't you think? Years ago, Stampin' Up! carried another truck and this one is even more awesome. It's a versatile set that can be used for birthdays, autumn-themed cards, and holiday cards just like this one. It can also be bundled with its coordinating dies for a 10% discount and that die collection can be used to a 3D little truck! You'll see more on that at a later date!

I think tea towels and/or pretty dish towels make great gifts. I mean, I don't buy these for myself, do you?
This oversized tag takes the place of gift wrap or a gift bag plus has a fun and different look. You can even use designer series paper instead of the stamped cardstock and it will take less time to make.
Let's take a look at the how-to video tutorial...
Here's another example of this same project idea that was made for Thanksgiving last year. Don't you love how we can make any gift look extra-special with our paper crafting supplies?

The fourth in a series of 2017 Stampin' Up! Christmas Cards features the new Stampin' Blends and the Christmas in the Making stamp set.
In yesterday's video tutorial, I demonstrated the process of coloring this little miss that's from one of my favorite sets in the Holiday Catalog. It's so much fun to color and I've gotten to "practice" a lot with my new Blends. I like to stamp a lot of images and put them in a box with my Stampin' Blends. Then, I can carry with me while traveling, to appointments...anywhere that I'll have some time to sit and "wait". The complete set fits nicely in one of my old Paper Pumpkin boxes.
Let's take a look at the assembly of the card in today's video tutorial...
