The rest of this month will be packed full of fun for Jackie and me! Tomorrow we will be leaving on a road trip to Utah to visit five National Parks. (Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Arches, and Mesa Verde... Hooray!) Our daughter, Kristen, and her family will be joining us and we are beyond excited!
While we are away "from the desk", I am offering a chance to win some prizes! Winners announced after our return. There is no purchase necessary to be entered into the drawing. (Only United States residents and addresses are eligible.)
Read on for the details...
There are two ways to be entered into the drawing for prizes:
Leave a comment on this post to receive one entry into the drawing. Tell me your most favorite place you've ever visited! Your comment must be on this post. (I will have limited internet access and will not be able to check if you comment on the correct post.)
This has been a very popular stamp set and the coordinating paper is wonderful but at the time of this writing, is in very low inventory status. So, if you love it, check now (Dandy Garden 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper ) to see if it's still available!
This particular card design was my "mystery stamping event" for our April Stars Team virtual gathering. Since our team is scattered across the country, we love gathering virtually on Zoom to stamp together. You are getting to see the finished project first but the Stars had no idea what the finished card would look like. All that was presented to them prior to the "gathering" was the recipe with cutting and scoring directions. Everyone used their own supplies. Two shared photos of their projects. Take a look at Kristen's and Carol's cards!
Now that you've seen these samples, you must be anxious to make your own! Here is the video!
It's celebration time as one of my Stampin' Up! Stars Team Members has promoted to Bronze Elite!
Based on the orders she has placed, Carol Peterson now holds the Bronze Elite title and I recently sent her a little gift!
Carol is a hobby demonstrator on my team and makes some beautiful cards to send to her family and friends.
Carol and I met online as she was a frequent visitor to my LIVE videos on Facebook. It was a blessing when she decided to purchase the Starter Kit through me and join my team. We have gotten to know each other better through our virtual team meetings and crafting sessions and have lots of fun visiting, talking about our families, sharing book ideas, and of course, stamping and crafting ideas!
If you'd ever like to join our community, we'd welcome you with open arms! You can read more about it here.
Thanks for tuning in as we celebrate Stars Team Member, Carol Peterson, Bronze Elite.
This 2021 graduate gift card holder was created on Craft & Chat Live with Lisa on Facebook (April 14, 2021.) The somewhat edited recorded version is below with lots of chatter from me as I interact with my viewers. Here's hoping you find it fun while seeing the process of putting the card together!
Now that you've seen these products in action, hop over to the Online Store so you do not miss out! Thank you for tuning in for this 2021 graduate gift card holder and until we meet again, let your light shine! Mt 5:16
Let's start off Monday with a handmade "Thank You Gift Tag"! These tags were made to attach to little gifts to those who placed a qualifying order with me or through my Stampin' Up! Online Store in March 2021.
To create the cut flagged end of the thank you gift tag, the Banner Triple Punch was used. This item is retiring soon and is currently offered at a great discount! You can easily make banner pieces in three widths: 1", 1-1/2", and 2".
If you'd like to see two more projects made with this stamp set, be sure to take a look at this card and this gift bag!
Here's a stack of these gifts with the handmade thank you gift tags!
These tags can easily be removed and used as a tag on a card front. How about that...two gifts in one!

Use the current Host Code (BABZYNMS) when placing an order of less than $150. If it's $150 or more, you will receive Stampin' Rewards from Stampin' Up! for free product. (Orders of $50 or more receive a gift from me!)

Let's kick off Tuesday with an easy technique video for handmade cards using Gilded Leafing from Stampin' Up!
The Gilded Leafing is a jar of beautiful golden flakes, lighter than a feather, that works magic on your paper crafting creations. You've seen a demonstration and sample of this gilded leafing on another project but I have to admit that I LOVE this method and the secret to the "easy" is using our Adhesive Sheets.
Here's the video so you can see how the easy gilded leafing technique is done!
Now that you've seen the video, grab some Gilded Leafing and Adhesive Sheets and create your own magically gilded card! Thank you for stopping by today for the easy gilded leafing technique video for handmade cards.
Looking at today's project feature, I would be willing to bet that you had a close friend in mind that you would love to make and send this card for her birthday!
Wouldn't it bring a smile to her face? I know that I have several friends and family members who would love to be called a "spring chicken".
This adorable bundle is great for making some really fun cards. Honestly, as a cardmaker, I rarely lean toward this type of "cutesy" stamp set but this one stole my heart and my guess is that you will love it, too!
It's Tuesday and today we have an easy DIY project with the Stampin' Up! Flowering Cactus Product Medley.
I am always on the lookout for tea towels or dish towels that coordinate well with our stamp sets and designer papers. The cactus-themed towel used in today's project is from Dollar Tree! Here's one from last year with an Easter theme.
The color scheme in the Flowering Cactus Product Medley is different from the bright colors on this towel. As you'll see in the video, it was easy to coordinate other Stampin' Up! Colors to match the towel. Watch the video to see the process of this easy DIY gift with Stampin' Up! Flowering Cactus!
Cut coordinating cardstock layer to 2" x 5".
Cut designer paper to match at 1-3/4 x 4-3/4.
You will need a piece of Basic White approximately 4" x 5" to stamp and cut your image.
For the sentiment, a 3/4" strip of Basic White was used and cut to fit.
The list is out and it’s your last chance to get some of the products in the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. To sweeten the deal, many of these products are on sale! Keep in mind, these are only available while supplies last!
