Simple Technique with Patterned Paper and Hello Ladybug

Today's card project features the simple technique with patterned paper from this week's premiere video.
I love the ladybug with the black and white background from the Zoo Crew 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper [161304] collection. The pop of red is the perfect accent.
The photo below shows the inside of the card. Using a scrap strip of patterned paper adds just the right touch of continuity from the card front.

- Basic Black 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [121045]: card base- 4 1/4 x 11, layer- 4 7/8 x 3 5/8
- Basic White 8 1/2" X 11" Cardstock [159276]: 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 for base to glue strips, 5 x 3 3/4 for layer
- Zoo Crew 12" X 12"Designer Series Paper [161304]: (4) 1 x 6 strips in different patterns
- Ribbon Tip: Attach a 6" piece of ribbon over the strips piece and adhere two ends on the back with Stampin' Seal + or another strong adhesive. Then tie a 5" piece of ribbon into a bow and attach it with a couple of Mini Glue Dots.
